IPAcc students compete in ERP Competition Playoff in the National Level

International Program of Accounting (IPAcc) students represent in the National Level of Enterprise Resource Management Challenge (ERMC) 2016 Monsoonacademy which is held in Universitas Indonesia, Jakarta on August 11, 2016. ERMC 2016 is a competition for business simulation using 12 key concepts of  Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The participants are requested to build their own virtual company, run and organize their company as well as possible and compete with other virtual companies.

They successfully achieve the first rank in campus-level competition and against 15 other teams. The Avengers Team are consist of IPAcc students who entitled to represent Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta to the national level as a Youth team which are Yasyfi Fia Kholila, Faizah Novi Widyani, Afiqalisya Maghfira, Nur Afni Taufiqurrohmah Putri, and Ahmad Aziez Al Fauzi who are all students of IPAcc in the batch of 2014.

Aside from the Youth Team, Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta also represent the other team on the level of a World Team is GWW Team. Both teams competed with 14 other teams from a total of 9 universities of Indonesia including Universitas Indonesia, Prasetiya Mulya Business School and Universitas Trisakti. They will compete to be as Indonesian representative to drive in Southeast Asia Competition in Singapore.

Before joining the ERMC 2016, The Avengers, GWW Team defeated 16 teams, and after passing the intense competition that conducted in UMY Young Team and World Team are successfully to achieve the 4th position in 2 group playoff.

ERMC 2016 is held by Moonson Academy, a business education consulting firm / ERP through SAP training and Monsoon SIM business simulation. The Moonson Academy program has held training for over 100 universities spread across the USA, Australia, India, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines.
