IPAcc has collaboration with IASC (International Accounting Student Community)  to held Bridging Leadership Program on 21-22 February 2017. The event is the closing event of bridging activities conducted throughout the Odd semester 2016/ 2017. The purpose of the program is to introduce the academic atmosphere to the new accounting students so that they can adjust with the activities in universities and other program that support their talents.

Bridging Leadership program is held in Dolan Ndeso, Kulon Progo Yogakarta and followed by 67 IPAcc students. Many activities in this program are soft skills lecture, group discussions, collective Subuh Prayer, reading Quran, and Islamic short speech. The main agenda is outbound activities which is guided by the expert, in order to test the cohesiveness of the team.

This activity is expected to increase familiarity and strengthen the solidarity among all students of IPAcc FEB UMY. There are many values that can be developed through this program, such as, soft skills and leadership development, brother and sisterhood, solidarity, responsibility, cooperation and mutual sharing. Hopefully, this event can be a regular agenda for IPAcc and IASC, and can be continued in the future.. Go ahead IPAcc and IASC! Together we are young and global.
