The Sixth International Conference on Entrepreneurship and Business Management (ICEBM2017) is a conference of practitioners in the field of accounting annually organized by several universities in Indonesia in cooperation with overseas universities. The conference aims to invite and facilitate researchers and practitioners to discuss various topics relevant to the development of the recent business world.
 
  
Dr. Ietje Nazaruddin. M.Si. Ak., C.A., Arum Indrasari. M.Buss., Ak., C.A., and Sri Budhi Rezki M.Sc. are lecturers of Accounting Department FEB UMY who became the representative of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta in the conference after their papers was accepted to be presented in this event. This conference which took place in Hanoi, Vietnam on November 16-17 2017, having the theme “The Role Of Entrepreneurship and Business Management in Shaping Collaborative Economy”.  The event was attended by participants from all over the world including from America, Vietnam, Taiwan, and other countries and became an opportunity for researchers and practitioners to gather and discuss on current issues.
 
On the first day of this event, Dr. Ietje Nazaruddin and Sri Budhi Rezki. M.Sc presented his research entitled “Moderation Effects of Personality Traits, Organizational Commitment on The Relationship Between Job Stress and Dysfunctional Audit Behavior” and on the second day. Arum Indrasari. M. Sc. Presenting his research entitled “The Influence of Good Corporate Governance Mechanism to Bank’s performance in Indonesia”. The participation of these three Accounting lecturers in this international conference is the implementation of three pillars of higher education in the field of research. This is in line with the culture built by accounting department of UMY to do research and publish their journal become routine activity every year so that the lecturer’s research can give contribution in the  in development of accounting knowledge internationally.
