Accounting Lecturer Participated In A Conference In New Zealand

PMAA Conference or Performance Measurement Australasia Association Conference is a conference event held by University of Otago, New Zealand. PMAA Conference engaged around 80 participants from various countries. The majority is from New Zealand, but this event was also attended by participants from Australia, England, Denmark, Norway, Hungary, Indonesia, and UEA. One of many academics from Indonesia, Caesar Marga Putri, Ak, CA that is an accounting lecturer of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY) presented her research in PMAA Conference event on October 30 – November 1, 2013 in Queenstown New Zealand. PMAA Conference is intended to involve practitioners, academics, and consultants in a joint discussion between discipline in resolving problems in performance management in private sector, public sector and also non-profit sector.
The work presented by Caesar was “The Examination of Reward System on Individual’s Intention in Reporting Two Types of Fraudulent Act Using Anonymous and Non-Anonymous Channel”. According to the author, the paper tries to research about the use of Reward System in reporting the two types of fraudulent action using different system. The conference was a biennial (once every two years) event by University of Otago undertaken in 3 days with a theme of  “Regional Differences versus Global Mandates”. This conference had become important for all practitioners and academics who have an interest in discussing theories and applications of performance management, in addition, it is more interesting in management and accounting field that include personnel performance measurement, collaboration and network, integrity and organization bahavior that had being the main discussion in the conference.
